Abstract

So far,people have been focusing on the object of teacher education in the discussion of the reform of teacher education.But teachers are taught by teachers so teacher quality mainly depends on the quality of teacher educators.To become a teacher,a person is widely influenced.Among the variety of factors that influence teacher growth,there is one kind of teacher who focuses on the development of teacher professional quality.They are the tutors of teacher professional development and the so-called professional teacher educators.To grow to be the professional teacher educator,they must guide the objects' professional development of the teacher education by their own.
