In addition to descriptive statistics (number, percentage distribution, mean, standard deviation), t-test, one-way analysis of variance and kruskall wallis analysis were used in the analysis of the data. \nResults: The puerperant women included in the research 82.9% of them went to health checks regularly, 66.5% gave birth normally, 58.5% gave birth under the management of midwives, 68.7% had a planned pregnancy, 87.1% did not receive childbirth preparation training and 70.1% never smoked. found not to be used. The mean score of puerperal women from the health literacy scale is 105.05±16.44.
