With this pretension, a Distance Higher Education’s panorama is initially presented, related to the implementation of public politics from this educational field. Stands out the relevance of analyzing the possibilities of effectiveness of this education and learning process and the use of the TelEduc’s tools by the teachers. Such analysis had as a theoretical reference the concept of symbolic mediation by Vygotsky. To that, there were made semi structured interviews with 10 professors from the course that, later, where qualitatively analyzed, having the Content Analysis by Bardin as a basis.
