The analysis of the sample of 3 passes without heat treatment returned a texture associated with the planes and directions {111} <110>. Abstract

X-ray diffractometry is an important technique of materials characterization. It can be used for qualitative analysis, revealing phases and crystalline structure or quantitative, which can reveal composition, grain size (crystallite) and preferential orientation (texture).
