Study on Online Open Courses Driving Blended Teaching Reform in Colleges and Universities – A Case Study of "Logistics Scheme Design"

Abstract

Based on the education concept of "student-centered" and combined with the online and offline blended teaching mode, this paper takes ability training as the core to reform the course of "Logistics Scheme Design". Through the implementation of a series of initiatives, such as project-based teaching content, task-based teaching design, MOOC-based teaching platform, online resource enrichment, classroom teaching flipping, assessment and evaluation process, and extra-curricular activities, the course has achieved the integration of high-quality teaching resources of national MOOC platform and offline physical classroom, and the combination of interactive classroom and flipped classroom. The practical results of the course show that the above initiatives have enhanced students' self-learning, seminar and problem-solving abilities, effectively promoted students' participation in classroom teaching and learning, and improved the effectiveness of teaching and learning simultaneously.
