Abstract

With the life style changing, the distribution has become an indispensable part of people. However, the contradiction between the city-distribution's timeliness and the city traffic's capacity as well as the environment stress makes the last one kilometer distribution become a hot topic. On this issue, Based on the mechanism of the resource store, management and feedback, the authors find the city logistics cloud, and by means of strategy of “cluster first, distribution secondly”, the authors close the city logistics system in a fixed period of time.
