Research methods of literature review by looking for theoretical references relevant to the case or problem found, namely the managerial strategy of the teacher in strengthening character with the aim as a consideration in choosing and determining the appropriate strategy to use in accordance with its effectiveness and the ability of the teacher to implement it.  The results showed that some of the managerial strategies of teachers in strengthening character education are to choose various methods applied online and offline. Online character strengthening activities include the involvement of various innovations in online learning methods through various interesting content, interactive multimedia courseware,  portfolios, whatsapp class groups, google classes, sevima delink, virtual applications such as zoom meeting, google meeting, local live TV, Youtube, social media management, e-learning system management, character control books (chacker characters), Character games, establishing intense communication over seluller phones. Abstract

This research aims to analyze various managerial strategies of teachers in instilling character education in children during the Covid-19 pandemic. 新冠肺炎大流行时期素质教育教师管理策略
本研究旨在分析新冠肺炎大流行期间教师在儿童品格教育中的各种管理策略。研究方法是通过寻找与所发现的案例或问题相关的理论参考文献,即教师在强化品格方面的管理策略,目的是根据其有效性和教师实施策略的能力来选择和确定合适的策略。结果表明,教师加强品格教育的一些管理策略是选择线上和线下应用的多种方法。在线品格强化活动包括通过各种有趣的内容、互动多媒体课件、投资组合、whatsapp课堂群、谷歌课程、sevima delink、zoom会议、谷歌会议等虚拟应用程序、本地直播电视、Youtube、社交媒体管理、电子学习系统管理、品格控制书籍(chacker字符)、品格游戏、通过卖家电话建立紧密的联系。综上所述,线下可以进行的性格强化包括家访、融洽性格、某一天的学校、课程愿景和使命中列出的课程、课外和课外活动、学校秩序中的日常活动、规则中的自发活动、学校方案中的有计划活动、学校秩序和成绩单中包含的透明度以及组织活动的发展。
