In order to\n successfully solve the problems of ensuring the quality of education, which appeared\n before Ukraine on the way to European integration, conceptual changes are needed that\n take place in relation to the perception and understanding of requirements and values.\n For this, changes are needed in the education system of Ukraine, which will allow higher\n education institutions of Ukraine to reach the level of leading European and American\n higher education institutions. In the conditions of uncertainties and risks, the\n requirements for the competence of specialists are formed intuitively, and the task of a\n civilized society is to apply existing and develop new standards of education on the\n basis of the Laws of Ukraine \"On Education\", \"On Vocational and Technical Education\",\n \"On Higher Education\", \"On Scientific and scientific and technical activity\" etc.\n Challenges and new values are being formed, which accelerate the need to improve the\n quality of the educational process and set new demands on graduates of higher education\n institutions. One of these challenges is the transition to project management in the\n educational sphere, which requires the creation of innovative information technologies\n for the management of vocational training competencies that take into account the\n specific requirements of employers aimed at training specialists for the IT labor\n market. These mechanisms set requirements for specialists of the labor market, and the\n recommendations of employers form competencies that make up the actual content of\n educational programs. Abstract

Ukraine needs active use of the scientific potential of the state in the creation of progressive information technologies for the management of the quality of the provision of educational services in institutions of higher education. In order to successfully solve the problems of ensuring the quality of education, which appeared before Ukraine on the way to European integration, conceptual changes are needed that take place in relation to the perception and understanding of requirements and values. For this, changes are needed in the education system of Ukraine, which will allow higher education institutions of Ukraine to reach the level of leading European and American higher education institutions. In the conditions of uncertainties and risks, the requirements for the competence of specialists are formed intuitively, and the task of a civilized society is to apply existing and develop new standards of education on the basis of the Laws of Ukraine "On Education", "On Vocational and Technical Education", "On Higher Education", "On Scientific and scientific and technical activity" etc. Challenges and new values are being formed, which accelerate the need to improve the quality of the educational process and set new demands on graduates of higher education institutions. 乌克兰需要积极利用国家的科学潜力,创造先进的信息技术,以管理高等教育机构提供教育服务的质量。为了成功地解决在乌克兰走向欧洲一体化的道路上出现的确保教育质量的问题,需要在对要求和价值的看法和理解方面进行观念上的改变。为此,乌克兰的教育系统需要改变,这将使乌克兰的高等教育机构达到领先的欧洲和美国高等教育机构的水平。在不确定和风险的条件下,对专家能力的要求是直观地形成的,文明社会的任务是在乌克兰“教育法”、“职业技术教育法”、“高等教育法”、“科学和科学技术活动法”等法律的基础上应用现有的和发展新的教育标准。挑战和新的价值观正在形成,这加快了提高教育质量的需要,也对高校毕业生提出了新的要求。这些挑战之一是教育领域向项目管理的过渡,这需要为职业培训能力的管理创造创新的信息技术,考虑到雇主针对IT劳动力市场培训专家的具体要求。这些机制为劳动力市场的专家设定了要求,雇主的建议形成了构成教育计划实际内容的能力。创建和研究确保提高高等教育机构的教育服务质量是乌克兰高等教育机构发展的一项紧迫的科学任务。
