Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine whether education students' career adaptability, person –major fit, willingness to work in an area related to one’s major and voluntary choice of it are significant predictors of major satisfaction. In this study, Savickas’ career construction theory and Holland’s theory of vocational choice were used.
