The Reactance-Less Two-Memristor based Oscillator for Signal Processing

Abstract

The principle of operation of two-memristor oscillator with a series connected identically directed memristors is discussed. It is shown that such a circuit provides the generation of a pulse series with change of phase and amplitude depending on the external signal. The information can be represented by the phase or by the amplitude of the oscillations. The external signals change the state and allow changing both the amplitude and phase of the oscillations. The mathematical model of a two-memristor oscillator is given. The results of oscillator simulation confirm the oscillator capabilities.
