Escalation of Request in Travel and Hospitality using Automation

Abstract

This paper present a framework and implementation of automating the escalation and prioritizing system to handle the request and solve them based on their priority. This paper use the Microsoft office 365 tools to design and implement the system. This paperdiscuss the unattended robotic process automation in achieving the email ingestion, triggering actions for performing the fetching and extracting the value. Power automate is a tool used to perform the desired task for escalating and checking the priority of a given request. Based on the prioritization rules the SharePoint list get updated for a particular booking number or new ticket get created.
