Abstract
In recent years, in many countries around the world, more and more attention is being paid to the problem of a rural incomplete school. In China, it is an important part of the education system which serves mainly the poorest children who live in poor and remote villages and regional centers of China. It is a key element in ensuring the fairness of education and reducing the scale of lack of education. In the process of developing a rural incomplete school in China, a number of challenges arise. The answers to these challenges, which ensure the very process of development, form the Chinese experience of educational policy.
