The connection between creative modification of human capital and changes in work motivation in a creative corporation has been revealed. Scientific novelty. The lack of rigid dependence of creative employees who have the means of production in their personal ownership for the production of a certain information product on the company and vice versa, the growing importance of such workers for its market position. Practical significance.
