The lack of rigid dependence of creative employees who have the means of production in their personal ownership for the production of a certain information product on the company and vice versa, the growing importance of such workers for its market position. Practical significance. Abstract

Goal. Identification and substantive analysis of the peculiarities of human capital modification of modern business entities. Method. In the process of research general scientific methods of research, abstraction and concretization are used; system analysis. Results.
