The significance of the organizational structure is substantiated, its functions in the management process are determined. An integrated system of interaction of organizational means and the process of making and implementing management decisions is revealed. The central place in the long-term period of development of the enterprise is occupied by organizational and managerial support, which means the organization of system-integrated management of all functional processes, their rational relationship and sequence of implementation. Scientific novelty. The own development of step-by-step implementation of the organizational and managerial process directed on the decision of problems of functioning and development of the enterprise is offered. Practical importance. Objectives.
