Through the preparation design, MS Teams, OneNote, and Excel were used as the technology to deliver TEPL on a skill-based training. This study was carried out with mixed-method approach through action research process to investigate the research questions. Using mixed method data collection, quantitative and qualitative data were gathered from students and teachers each week through questionnaires and interviews. The TEPL approach was found to be at least 80% effective to the students as they responded positively to their TEPL experience.
