Abstract
The idea of this paper is that the properties of the virus can be studied by physics methods, in particular, optical methods. The vesicular stomatitis virus was used for this research. Optical absorption spectra of virus and viral capsides were investigated. Also, these spectra have been simulated theoretically. Calculations were made using the effective sensibility. Where absorption is determined through dissipative function of the system, wich was determined using the effective sensitivity. The method allows to obtain analytical solutions of Lipmann-Schwinger equation for local field at any point in the system using the effective sensitivity.
