Aprilia","doi":"10.58432/jittu.v1i1.423","DOIUrl":null,"url":null,"abstract":"ABSTRAK \nPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh pemberian pod kakao fermentasi terhadap persentase non karkas domba lokal Jantan. Penelitian dilaksakan di peternakan domba milik Bapak Umar yang berlokasi di jalan Asahan, Kota Pematangsiantar, pada bulan Oktober -Desember 2021. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) dengan 5 perlakuan dan 4 ulangan menggunakan domba dengan rataan bobot awal 12,65± 1,00 kg. Perlakuan terdiri dari 5 level pemberian pod kakao fermentasi P0 : (0%), P1 : (20%), P2 : (40%), P3 : (60%), P4 : (80%). Parameter yang diamati adalah : persentase bobot kepala, kaki, kulit, ekor, trakea dan paru-paru, hati, jantung, ginjal, darah, perut majemuk dan usus. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa persentase bobot non karkas eksternal seperti kepala, kaki dan ekor menunjukkan hasil yang tidak nyata pada setiap perlakuan (P>0,05). Persentase non karkas internal seperti trakea dan paru-paru, hati, jantung, darah, perut majemuk, usus dan organ eksternal yaitu kulit menunjukkan pengaruh nyata (P<0,05), dimana perlakuan dengan pemberian ransum yang mengandung pod kakao fermentasi dengan komposisi Pakan Komplit (Hijauan 40% + Pod kakao fermentasi 40% + Konsentrat) lebih baik dibandingkan dengan perlakuan lainnya. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemberian ransum yang mengandung pod kakao 40% lebih baik dibandingkan dengan perlakuan lainnya. \nKata Kunci : pod kakao; fermentasi; non karkas; domba lokal \n \nABSTRACT \nThe purpose of this experiment (research) are to examine the effect of giving fermented cocoa pods to the percentage of nonlocal carcasses of lamb. The research was carried out on Mr Umar's sheep farm located on Jl. Asahan, Pematangsiantar City, in October-December 2021. The experiment was conducted in the complete randomized design (CRD) with 5 treatments and 4 replications using sheep with an average initial weight of 12.65 ± 1 kg. The treatment consisted of 5 levels of fermented cocoa pods P0 : (0%), P1 : (20%), P2 : (40%), P3 : (60%), P3 : (80%). The parameters observed were: weight of head, foot, skin, tail, trachea and lungs, liver, heart, blood and digestive tract.The results showed that the nonweight percentage external carcass like the head, feet and tail show results which is not real at each treatment (P> 0.05) and significant. to percentage non internal carcass like trachea and lungs, liver, heart, blood, compound stomach, intestines and external organs namely skin shows influence real (P <0.05), where treatment with giving rations containing pods cocoa is fermentating with Comprehensive Feed composition (Forage 40% + Pod cocoa 40% fermentation + concentrate) better than that other treatment.
