To answer the research question, a qualitative method in form of expert interviews will be used on the one hand and a discrete event simulation on the other hand to achieve quantitative results. In the simulation, it is intended to create a model without the use of AI elements. Under the same conditions, a project will be developed to support the knowledge-based tasks in the second step. The different constellations of the model can be adapted depending on the focus and the question. These models will be operationalized with parameters and will be compared under different constellations to measure the efficiency quantitatively. Abstract
