This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive-analytical research type. This research was conducted at the API ASRI Islamic Boarding School Syubbanul Wathon Tegalrejo, Magelang Regency. The research subjects were ustadz and students. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results show that: 1) planning consists of, needs analysis, recruitment, selection and orientation of students, student placement, student recording and reporting 2) student coaching and services, student coaching consists of curricular coaching, extracurricular coaching, religious development, and disciplinary development. Student services consist of health services, canteen services, dormitory services, and care services. 3) learning evaluation, curricular evaluation, extracurricular evaluation, madrasy evaluation of the yellow book study, and evaluation of the study of the Qur'an. 4) graduates, graduates get diplomas, street vendors certificates, vocational certificates, madrasa report cards, and asyahadah.
