Abstract

Vacuum system is a pivotal system of space environment simulator whose safe and reliable operation is directly concerned with smooth implementation of the whole space environment simulation test. In order to accomplish online status monitoring and fault diagnosis for vacuum system, this paper proposes a hierarchical fuzzy Petri net-based fault diagnosis model for vacuum system.
