The higher school, although providing a wide range of opportunities for soft skills development, is focused primarily on the development of hard skills. That is why it is so important for young people to be in the discourse of implementing the real socio-economic practices of the development of the Territory. This opportunity is provided to them by the discursive platform of the Youth Parliament.
