Boosting Organizational Progress: The Power of a Partnership

Abstract

This paper provides the findings of a research project into importance of partnership for service efficiency. Earlier findings from an evidence review were reported that. Partnership improve, develop, and enhance efficiency of an organization. The focus on partnership was given an extra boost for an organization achievement. The research explored divers areas of partnership. The item studies were very varied, and this paper produces the main findings across the cases in three coherent subdivisions: defines the concept of partnership, significance's of a partnership and the role of a partnership in enhancing organizational progress. Finally, comparing both studies, the findings reveal that sharing experiences, decision making, continuity are some of the secret tips that partnership contribute to an organization.
