In This paper describes the key components of competency in e-commerce training. Abstract

E-commerce pedagogy has moved away from time-based training to competency-based training. Pedagogic and business technology are trying to train peoples who are involves in e-commerce application and technology. Training activities should be designed and developed based on a pedagogical approach. Due to e-commerce is developing and changing rapidly, a huge number of professional people mainly a business owners who own the business to develop, manage and plan the e-commerce systems is now demanding. It is very important and necessary train business owners to master more extensive knowledge and better practical skill. In This paper describes the key components of competency in e-commerce training. We propose a replicable model of competency and specific training objective business owners who wish to learn e-commerce with an active and reflective pedagogical approach.
