The piloting of competences in lean management context

Abstract

Over the years, the field of lean management and human skills management have been an important subjects for industrials. This paper deals with the theme of competency management in a lean context. This is a key topic that combines two major themes. Through an in-depth study of the existing theories related to these subjects and over a systematic approach we developed our state of art. First, we will highlight the required skills for the company's human capital to successfully implement a lean project. We will emphasize the importance of versatility, leadership, training and certification as lean implementation key success factors.
