PLC aims to be among one of the vital tool in industries, so to understand its functionality and operations; here an automatic intelligent controlling mechanism of liquid dispensing system, is proposed specially for pharmaceutical industries. The proposed system includes mixing of liquids in desired proportion as per the required volume. The aim of this project is to design and implement the real time optimized liquid dispensing system based on PLC by saving operational time in task completion. This present work briefly defines an automatic dispensing of liquid at two different levels with additional features like higher production rate and safety at packaging and dispatch section. The whole sequence of operations is functioned by ladder diagram and PLC.
