This research uses quantitative methods. The subject of this study was 60 employees of PT. Muliapack. The sample research method uses simple random sampling. Data collection uses questionnaires that are distributed directly to employees. The results of the study showed that emotional intelligence, adversity quotient and self-efficacy have a negative and significant effect on employee job stress at PT. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kecerdasan emosional, kecerdasan adversitas dan efikasi diri terhadap stres kerja karyawan di PT. Muliapack.
