Abstract

本文在前人公开文献研究的基础上,提出了一种具有恒流限流电路、反折叠限流电路和热关断等多种功能的低降差(LDO)稳压器。采用台积电0.35 um CMOS工艺,利用HSPICE电路模拟器对电路功能进行了仿真和验证。LDO的电源电压范围为0.9 V ~ 1.1 V。输出负载由轻转重时,暂态响应时间小于30us。
