The aim of this study is to deterine the effectiveness of the concentration of gambir leaf extract (U. gambir Roxb), against the  mortality of fire caterpillarpest (S.asigna). Research was arrenged in anonfactorial Randomized Block Design (RBD) with 5 treatments, namely U0: No Application (Control), U1: Application with 8% gambier leaf extract, U2: Application with 16% gambier leaf extract, U3: Application with 24% gambier leaf extract and U4: Application with 32% gambier leaf extract. Abstract

Gambir (Uncaria gambir) is a herbaceous plant that has alkaloid level sin the form of chemicall compounds suchas catechins, tannin catecu (tannin/tannat), querchitin, flouresin, and several other compounds. 甘茅(Uncaria Gambir)是一种草本植物,其生物碱水平以化学化合物的形式存在,如儿茶素、单宁、槲皮素、氟树脂和其他几种化合物。本研究的目的是确定冈比亚叶提取物(U. gambir Roxb)浓度对火毛虫(S.asigna)死亡率的影响。研究采用非因子随机区组设计(RBD),共5个处理,分别为U0:不施用(对照),U1:施用8%甘比尔叶提取物,U2:施用16%甘比尔叶提取物,U3:施用24%甘比尔叶提取物,U4:施用32%甘比尔叶提取物。结果表明,甘茅叶提取物在浓度为32%时有效施用,施用5 d后对毛虫的死亡率达到100%,对虫蛀的抑制强度为14.28%。关键词:植物性农药;钩藤提取物;毛缕草;
