Energetic Indicators for Planning and Projects in the Keller Peninsula

Abstract

is paper gathers information on the energetic pro le of the Brazilian Antarctic Station and shows energetic indicators obtained during the study of the renewable resources potentials of the region. e technologies for generation and use of energy are also investigated and assessed, and a proposal of a hybrid energetic matrix is presented. e technologies for processing solid waste, cogeneration in internal combustion engines and in the incinerator, use of photovoltaic panels and wind turbines were assessed.
