In this paper, different techniques for OD localization in literature are discussed. DRIVE, STARE, DIARETDB0, DIARETDB1, DRIONS-DB, MESSIDOR, ONHSD, ROC, DRISHTI-GS, ARIA, RIM-ONE, INSPIRE-AVR, E-OPTHA- EX, HEI-MED, and HRF are some public databases used by various authors.
