In Huabei Oilfield, the flowmeters used in the production are removable for calibration, which has problems such as the difficulties when dismantling and mounting the flowmeters for calibration outside, easily being damaged in transit and low calibration efficiency. Abstract

In the process of oilfield waterflood development, the rate of water injection is an important embodiment of water injection management level, which is an important parameter that not only reflects the formation capacity, but also reflects the production capacity of water injection equipment. 注水流量计在线标定装置的研制与应用
在油田注水开发过程中,注水速度是注水管理水平的重要体现,是既反映地层产能,又反映注水设备生产能力的重要参数。由于注水水质、生产环境、管理水平等因素的影响,注水流量计在实际注水过程中需要定期校准,以保证计量的准确性。华北油田生产中使用的流量计均为可拆卸式校准流量计,存在室外校准流量计拆卸安装困难、运输途中易损坏、校准效率低等问题。为解决上述问题,研制了一套注水流量计在线标定滑装装置,实现了注水流量计在线标定,满足了油田注水流量计标定的实际需求。
