The purpose of this study is to determine the use of role-playing in resolving interpersonal conflicts in kindergarten students in Bandar Lampung. The research design is descriptive quantitative. Subjects studied were obtained from the recommendation of kindergarten teachers. Data collection is conducted using questionnaires, interviews, observation, and documentation. Based on the findings, the researcher found positive results after applying the role-play method. In the last meeting, students were able to manage their interpersonal conflicts.
