Abstract

Cellular phones as one of the necessities of life has been developed very rapidly, and various services for them are introduced. However, due to the insufficient hardware resources, multimedia services depend on special hardware devices which cause high manufacturing cost and high battery consumption. In this paper, we introduce a software-based multimedia playback architecture that can be used for multimedia services.
