Abstract

The basic directions of intelligent control systems for intellectual house in the concept of “smart house” are represented. The authors have formed sets of sensor types, the presence of which is necessary for complete and effective functioning of vital subsystems. It is proved that fiber optic sensors have a greater perspective for the provision of life support subsystem of smart home. Embodiment of such sensor and a functional readout circuit using this sensor are proposed. The authors consider one of the most important tasks of life support subsystem — the task monitoring the state of the building foundation.
