Technological innovative capability and innovation portfolio

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the structure of technological innovation capability and the evolution path of Chinese firms' technological innovation capability. Then we discuss how to enhance a firm's capabilities through integration of technological and organizational innovation. Finally, we describe the types of firm's governance structure, which did enhance and promote the motivation of technological innovation in Chinese firms.
