Abstract

This paper deals with a real-time flux, torque and a speed estimator using voltage-based model. Our proposed method is based on a voltage model for flux estimation and the mathematical expression is modeled in graphical programming environment (LabView). The operating principle of the proposed system is presented in detail. Air gap flux is also modeled using the voltage and current input from the terminal. Hardware implementation is done and real-time results are shown.
