Abstract

As a way of overcoming a general feeling of isolation and consequent high student evasion in Virtual Learning Environments (VLE), this article presents results of an experience with the i-collaboration model that promotes the collaboration between users in VLE. I-Collaboration is based on the usage of the virtual companion agents’ (VLC) as collaboration monitors.
