Abstract

This paper proposes the service scenario based crowd sourcing for improving the problems of city. The purpose of "The service scenario of road environment improvement based on crowd sourcing" collects and monitors diverse road environment information that is reported from mobile situations to civic participation, and provides immediate resolution to help prevent inconvenience to residents and secondary accidents.
