The study indicated that over 50% of PWD have been working in the areas of assembly, office work, cleaning, and arrangement tasks, and they reported a ‘previous work experience’ as a critical factor in employment achievement, also reporting satisfaction with their current work conditions and self-reported work performance abilities. Abstract
