Abstract
One of the main problems of capitalizing on knowledge lies in the choice of knowledge on which it is necessary to capitalize. This knowledge has different sources, and must be identified, localized, analyzed and evaluated in order to determine the ones which are actually crucial. This paper addresses the problem of knowledge localization centered on process analysis. We propose a new meta-model of the organization's processes to model knowledge localization, entitled OPM4KL. This meta-model enriches graphical representation of the organization's processes by integrating the notion of knowledge. It has been illustrated through applying it to a real case study in the context of the Association of Protection of Motors-Disabled of Sfax-Tunisia (ASHMS).
