Angiosarcoma in Spleen - A Case Report

Mr. Hazi Abul Kalam, 65 years non-diabetic normotensive got admitted in Shaheed Suhrawardy medical college hospital with the complaints of anorexia with marked weight loss for last 1 year and feeling of a lump in left upper abdomen for last 10 months. On abdominal examination spleen was enlarged in long axis 10 cm from left costal margin, non tender, margin regular, firm in consistency and all others examinations revealed normal. Ultrasonography reveals cholelithiasis with space occupying lesion in spleen otherwise normal study. FNAC of spleen no malignant cell or caseation necrosis but TB can not be excluded. Computed tomography (CT) scan of abdomen and CT guided FNAC shows adeno carcinoma of spleen. After consultation with oncologist laparotomy & spleenectomy done. Histopathology shows angiosarcoma. Abstract

脾脏血管肉瘤1例报告

原发性脾脏血管肉瘤是一种罕见的肿瘤，预后很差。我们在此报告一位65岁男性原发性脾血管肉瘤的电脑断层与核磁共振影像，回顾有关原发性脾血管肉瘤的文献，并讨论这种罕见肿瘤的影像变异性。Hazi Abul Kalam先生，65岁，非糖尿病患者，于沙希德苏赫瓦迪医学院附属医院就诊，主诉厌食症，近1年体重明显下降，近10个月左上腹部有肿块。腹部检查脾在距左肋缘10cm长轴肿大，无压痛，缘规整，一致性强，其他检查均正常。超声检查显示胆石症伴脾脏占位性病变，其他检查正常。脾脏FNAC无恶性细胞或干酪样坏死，但不能排除结核。腹部CT扫描及CT引导下FNAC示脾腺癌。经肿瘤科医生会诊后，行剖腹和脾切除术。组织病理学示血管肉瘤。患者被转诊到肿瘤科接受进一步治疗。关键词:脾;血管肉瘤;计算机断层扫描;磁共振成像。DOI: http://dx.doi.org/ 10.3329/bja.v9i1.8151孟加拉解剖学杂志2011年1月，Vol. 9 No. 1 pp 59-62
