Based on current trends and the experience of previous industrial revolutions, it is clear that the impact of Industry 4.0 on the workforce is inevitable. Technological change brings with it not only threats but also opportunities that will not only displace people from jobs, but also bring new job opportunities that will require specific types of skills These realities will bring about changes in the labour market, the education system, the social system, and other areas of social life. Therefore, it is necessary to make changes in these areas and adapt them to new trends and challenges.
