Abstract
A circuit of the second order universal link and the vector graphs are given. The main transfer functions have been obtained. The circuit of active fourth order band-stop RC-filter with stop-band adjustment tuning and its synthesis are presented. The results of computer simulation for developed filter are shown in the Micro-Cap environment.
