Abstract

This study carried out a sampling survey to the university teachers and students in Hangzhou, Zhejiang, China. From the survey we know that, most of the teachers have experienced the convenience of network, but students' use of network is still not optimistic. They offen carry out e-learning to complete the papers or exercises arranged by teachers. An overwhelming majority of students have not carried out the long-distance video study frequently, and most students think they do not fully and effectively use the network.
