Assesstment of Supply chain Reliability: Development of AHP Model for SCOR Performance and Fault Tree Analysis

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to measure the Supply Chain Reliability of the crude palm oil mill with the approach of Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) Performance Model and Fault Tree Analysis for finding the failure likelihood indexes (FLIs) by Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and then converted to Reliability Index. That is the Reliability of supply Chain member. The research result is Reliability index of the crude palm oil mill and extend to the others member to enhance system reliability.
