Abstract

This paper describes how a comprehensive electrical safety program was created and executed in a multidisciplinary workforce. This paper describes the arc flash hazard assessment considerations for dispersed facilities, the development of custom-built training requirements for electrical and non-electrical personnel, the process for skill verification, and the creation and implementation of a new business rule (a sustaining process and program).
