Analysis of the failure mechanisms for LED display and the preventive solutions

Abstract

In this paper, we mainly analyze the main failure mechanism of SMD LEDs' which are applied for LED display. We carefully analyze SMD LEDs' wet stress, thermal stress, antistatic ability, hidden troubles of the circuit of LED display screen, the defects of led display screen's production engineering. And based on the above analysis, we put forward feasible preventive solutions.
