The wind power system is represented as a Doubly Fed Induction Generator (DFIG) driven by a wind turbine. The power grid is simulated by a standard IEEE 14-bus power system. Basically this studied system has 14 buses, 5 generators and 11 loads. The studied 6-MW wind power system includes 3×2-MW wind generator connected to Bus 14 of the studied system. Simulation results are performed with different disturbance conditions for testing the stability of the studied system. Abstract
