A pituitary macro adenoma with hemorrhagic and necrotic changes on MRI scan was resected by endoscopic transsphenoidal procedure. Abstract
Objective: To report a case of pituitary apoplexy presenting with unilateral ptosis and unilateral third nerve palsy in diabetic and hypertensive patient.
