Abstract

Supply chain management emphasizes the view points of integration. It makes the members of the supply chain realize the benefits maximize and achieves the integrative management of information flow , funds flow and logistics together. The paper firstly analyzes the requirements and bottlenecks in automobile SCM . Base on this, a new integrated SCM model of automobile industry is established .This model will use the management and control Integration theory . All the discussion is trying to give a solution for the difficulties in automobile industry integrated supply chain management .It is an important value that theoretical and practical.
